Pricing

Prices for our products are listed in NZD and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal. For NZ customers, we also offer payment plans at our HQ.

Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other factors beyond our control.

Custom Orders

All custom-made orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please ensure that your measurements are accurate and provided correctly at the time of ordering.

Sample Sales

Sample sale items are non-refundable. Please contact us if you have any concerns upon receiving your item.

Our dresses are made according to the size you select or to the measurements you provide. Alterations may be required to achieve the perfect fit, which is a normal part of the process. We do not offer refunds for dresses that require alterations.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Lee Bee Bride and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use of any content is prohibited.
