  • What is a Standard Dress?

    A Standard Dress is any bridal dress from our collection that is not custom-made or part of our sample sale. These dresses come in standard sizes (e.g., size 8, 10, 12). Standard dresses are not customised to individual measurements or design preferences.

    Return Eligibility

    • Standard dresses can be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@leebeebride.com for instructions.

    Refunds

    • Once the returned dress is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs incurred and a $100 NZD admin fee.

    • Please allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive the returned dress.

    Exchanges

    • We do not offer exchanges for standard dresses. If you'd like a different dress, please return the original and place a new order for the replacement.

  • What is a Custom Dress?

    A Custom Dress is made specifically to your unique measurements and/or personal design preferences. Unlike standard dresses, a custom dress can be a one-of-a-kind creation, often involving modifications to existing designs or entirely new designs crafted just for you.

    Return Eligibility

    • Custom dresses are made specifically for you and are non-refundable. Each dress is made according to your specifications.

    • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom dresses due to their custom nature.

    Refunds

    • Refunds for custom dresses are not available. If there is a problem with your dress due to our error, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include alterations or adjustments at no additional cost.

  • Return Eligibility

    • Accessories (e.g., veils, gloves, etc.) can be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition and packaging.

    • All SALE items are final and not eligible for return.

    • For custom dresses, please review our policies carefully as these items are not eligible for return.

    Shipping

    • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

    • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
