We're here to make your bridal journey as seamless and exciting as possible. By purchasing from or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before placing an order.

Lee Bee Bride reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. All purchases made through our website or directly with us are subject to the terms outlined below.

All orders must be placed and paid for via our website using the secure payment options available at checkout.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Prices are listed in NZD and include GST, where applicable.
Any customisations or add-ons will be quoted and confirmed before your order is finalised.

Our dresses have a standard production time of 12 weeks, unless otherwise stated.
Rush orders may be available on request for an additional fee.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location.
Lee Bee Bride is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
All orders are shipped via tracked courier services. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or taxes incurred upon arrival.

We accept returns for dresses from the Current, Mini, Elope, Basic, and Sample Sale collections - as long as they are in standard Lee Bee sizing (e.g. 8, 10, 12) and not customised.

To be eligible, items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. A $100 NZD admin fee applies to all returned dresses, and shipping is non-refundable. Please refer to our Returns + Exchanges Policy for full instructions.

We do not offer direct exchanges on dresses. If you’d like a different style or size, please return your original and place a new order.

Custom-made dresses, sale accessories, and promotional items (e.g. giveaway wins) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Accessories (including veils and gloves) may be returned within 7 days, provided they are unworn, in original packaging, and not marked as final sale. We do offer exchanges on accessories, subject to availability.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and a description of the issue. We’ll review the claim and advise on next steps.

Our dresses are made to our standard Lee Bee size chart, and we recommend being professionally measured before ordering.
We do not offer made-to-measure gowns, but most of our designs can be taken in or let out by around one size by a professional tailor.
Alterations are not included in the purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility.

Customisation options - such as added sleeves, buttons, or extended trains - are available on select designs and may incur additional costs.
Custom dresses are made specifically for you and are final sale. They are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

We take pride in the quality of our pieces, but minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our dresses.
Lee Bee Bride is not responsible for any damage or wear that occurs after delivery, including alterations, dry cleaning, or wedding-day use.
