Our made to order gowns have a standard production time of 12 weeks unless otherwise stated. Rush orders may be available at an additional fee.

Delivery timeframes vary based on location. Lee Bee Bride is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

All parcels are shipped via tracked courier services. The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes incurred upon arrival.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for our made-to-order gowns.

If you believe your order is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your dress with detailed images and a description of the issue. We will assess the claim and determine the next steps.

Alterations may be required for the perfect fit. All alteration costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Our gowns are made according to our standard size chart, and we recommend professional measurements before selecting a size.

We do not offer made-to-measure gowns, but our dresses can be taken in or let out by approximately one size by a professional tailor.

Customisation options (e.g., added sleeves, extended trains, buttons) are available for select designs at an additional cost.

Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.

We take every measure to ensure quality craftsmanship, but slight variations may occur as each dress is handmade.

Lee Bee Bride is not responsible for damages once the product has been received and worn.
