Returns + Exchanges
We want you to feel absolutely in love with your dress. but if it's not love at first try-on, we're here to make the return process as easy as possible. Please take a moment to read through our policy to ensure you feel confident in your purchase.
We accept returns for dresses from the following collections:
Current, Mini, Elope, Basic, and Sample Sale.
All of these styles are made in standard Lee Bee sizes (e.g. 8, 10, 12 etc.) and are not customised to individual measurements, split sizing, or design changes.
Please note: Customised dresses are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Dresses can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they’re in original condition with all tags attached. To start a return, email us at hello@leebeebride.com with your order number and reason for return and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
REFUNDS
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs incurred, and a $100 NZD admin fee. Refunds are typically processed within 5 - 7 business days.
EXCHANGES
We don’t offer direct exchanges on dresses. If you'd like a different style or size, simply return your original and place a new order for your preferred style/size.
RETURNS
Accessories (including veils, gloves, and all the pretty extras) can be returned within 7 days of delivery, as long as they’re in original, unused condition and packaging.
Please note: all sale items and custom accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any shipping costs. Please allow 5–7 business days after the item is received for processing.
EXCHANGES
Yes - we do offer exchanges on accessories! If you'd prefer a different item, just let us know when you get in touch. We'll check availability and help arrange the swap for you. Easy.
WHAT IS A CUSTOM DRESS
A Custom Dress is made specifically to your unique measurements and/or design preferences. This may include changes to existing designs or a one-of-a-kind creation made just for you.
RETURN ELEGIBILITY
Custom dresses are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange due to their custom nature.
REFUNDS
Refunds are not available for custom dresses. If there is an issue with your dress due to our error, we will work with you to make it right - this may include alterations or adjustments at no additional cost.
Orders placed using giveaway prizes, promotional store credit, or gift vouchers issued as part of a competition or promotion are considered final sale. These items are not eligible for return or exchange, so please choose carefully.
This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@leebeebride.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.

STEP 2 - Package your item
Ensure it’s in original condition with all tags and packaging.
STEP 3 - Send via tracked courier
Return shipping is at your cost, and tracked shipping is required. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
