Our sample sale items are in stock and shipped approx 2-3 working days after your order is placed.
DELIVERY
- All international orders are sent via DHL.
- Once collected by couriers, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive.
- Our Dispatch team will send you tracking information so you can track your package.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.
- Import duties and taxes may be applicable in your country, please check with your local customs agency prior to ordering.
RETURNS
- We are able to accept returns for our sample sale items.
- You will need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have any concerns.
- Return trackable postage is at the buyers expense.
- Once we have received the return in original condition your refund will be processed minus a $100 NZD admin fee.
