Our sample sale items are in stock and shipped approx 2-3 working days after your order is placed.

• All international orders are sent via DHL.
• Once collected by couriers, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive.
• Our Dispatch team will send you tracking information so you can track your package.​
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.
• Import duties and taxes may be applicable in your country, please check with your local customs agency prior to ordering.

• We are able to accept returns for our sample sale items.
• You will need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have any concerns.
• Return trackable postage is at the buyers expense.
• Once we have received the return in original condition your refund will be processed minus a $100 NZD admin fee.

GOOD - Has been frequently tried on but well maintained. Minor to no noticeable flaws.

EXCELLENT - Hardly worn and very well maintained. No noticeable flaws.
